This app is designed to aid students preparing for PMP certification examination to learn the extensive knowledge around various inputs, tools& techniques and outputs of the 49 processes from the ten knowledge areas from the point of view of the examination in an efficient manner by using gamification. It makes the whole experience of learning enjoyable for the student.
What are PMP ITTOs?
Project Management has ten knowledge areas and each knowledge area has certain processes. Every project management process produces one or more outputs from one or more inputs by using appropriate project management tools and techniques. These inputs, tools & techniques, and outputs are referred to as ITTO.
How PMP ITTOs can be used?
Project management processes are logically linked by the outputs they produce. Processes may contain overlapping activities that occur throughout the project. The output of process generally results in either input to another process or a deliverable of the project or project phase. Learning these ITTOs will help us do well in PMP certification exam and manage our project effectively and efficiently.
